Dare I say, progress?

Finally, after many emails and calls - angry ones included - I have gotten the information required to send Catherine a new chq for the final amount for the upgrades. It was a task, a very difficult task for something that should have been easy. Apparently, this woman only responds to angry and or irritated emails from me - so fine, I'll send those from now on if she ignores my concerns and questions. Anyway, we're moving forward hopefully... please God.. I'm really tired of chasing her around.
