~Heavy sigh~
Let me update you quickly.
After Twit and I spoke on the phone she said she'd email me the next day - she didn't, shocker I know, she did however email me the following day. It turns out, not only is the rolling of the 2nd amount of the Upgrades very difficult and time consuming. But I would have to get re-approved for the amount, have several people look over it (again) and then ontop of that would have to pay them 6%. Are they fucking kidding me is all I could think??! It was only for like $4,700! Spread over the 25 years - I would already have to pay interest on that since it would be on my Mortgage. Fine, deep breath.
I decided to look into trying a different route. I have a line of credit, and since I don't quite have the $4,700 saved up at this very moment I was going to have to take a bit of money from that account to pay it off and then just pay back my line of credit ASAP. Problem with that is, even if I decided to do that, I would have to take the money out now and leave it in the other account for her to take her sweet ass time in cashing the cheques all the while I'd be paying interest on money that's SITTING RIGHT THERE. (She still has not cashed the FIRST cheque that was dated for May 23rd - which was taken out of an account that makes me triple in interest compared to where it is now.) So there was no fucking way I was doing that. Instead, I decided I would get a cheque made FOR my line of credit and send that to her. That way, the money could be taken out WHEN she was ready and if I watch it each day I could pay it back ASAP without much charge to me at all. (This is the plan, at least. It beats paying 6% on the entire amount when I have over 1/2 saved already.)
So, as I'm planning all this - 4 days have passed since her email to which I didn't respond as she said in there I would have to speak to my banker, etc. (2/4 days were Saturday and Sunday, keep in mind.) And then get back to her she emails me the following:
"Hello Rebecca,
I was hoping to here from you in regards to the progress with increasing your mortgage. I would like to move forward with this issue. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
Thank you,
Catherine"
..... Are you fucking kidding me?!?! A MONTH of chasing her, screw that, I've chased her from the beginning on issues and she has the NERVE to email me a 'Hurry Up, this is urgent' email?! Fuck you was all I wanted to write back, seriously. Instead, I wrote back a 'I'm a nice person and work really hard. And this is your fault that this is being delt with so late in the month so kiss my ass' kinda email. Bitch. Sorry, this Twit just makes me extremely angry! I can't stand her and her crap work ethics. So, I emailed her back the next day once I was sure they would give me a cheque for the Line of Credit (actually went into the bank and had it made) told her what I was doing instead and for her to email me with the details and the mailing address. That was three days ago, I've yet to hear from her. I should copy the above email and send it back to her - asking her to contact me at HER earliest concenience - Oh wait, that's never. ~growls~
Whatever, longer she takes, the longer I get to keep my money.. chew on that Twit.
