Surrounded by the Dark.

Another call, another email to Catherine - will it get me anywhere? I doubt it. I've complained to Margareta about Catherines complete lack of communication and service - to which she responded to by forwarding my email to someone named Tom - who apparently deals directly with Lancer and Catherine - I assume he would be able to help me, if he got back to me. Maybe he's pushing the wheels into motion? I don't know. But it's been 6 days since I've heard anything from Margareta and no response from him, and 24 days since I got anywhere with Catherine.

So todays email was less than happy, even the message I left her indicated how frustrated I was with the lack of service. I've really had enough, ya know? I mean, it's one thing to be busy and say - I'm working on it, I'll get back to you shortly. And another entirely to NEVER get back to me. Am I being crazy? Pushy? God I hope not. I'm tired of being left in the dark, this is my life, my home, and my money we're talking about here.. sorry it means so little to them, but if I have to fight to show them how much it means to me - then fine, I'll put on the gloves.
